Best Western Plus Jfk Inn & Suites

Attended a concert at Verizon Arena. Hotel a short drive/taxi ride to arena. Very convenient. Parking not as convenient - very few spaces available and when we asked night employee for some suggestions on where to park she rudely shrugged and said she didn't know. To be fair, however, the daytime staff were all very pleasant and when we reported the parking issue at time of check out. The employee was very apologetic and stated she would inform management. Her strong customer service skills helped us to leave on a positive note.

Disliked: Inadequate parking. Night desk employee was rude.

Liked: After hours the front door has to be opened with your key card and the card reader did not work that great.

Would not recommend, will not...

Liked: Did not eat breakfast.
Disliked: Electrical outlets not working, refrigerator was off and smelled moldy. Room across the hall had barking dogs that front desk knew nothing about. Elevator small and slow.
