Attended a concert at Verizon Arena. Hotel a short drive/taxi ride to arena. Very convenient. Parking not as convenient - very few spaces available and when we asked night employee for some suggestions on where to park she rudely shrugged and said she didn't know. To be fair, however, the daytime staff were all very pleasant and when we reported the parking issue at time of check out. The employee was very apologetic and stated she would inform management. Her strong customer service skills helped us to leave on a positive note.

Disliked: Inadequate parking. Night desk employee was rude.

Liked: Everything was just fine. More towels in the pool room as there was only one when my family of 3 went swimming. Other than that gym was clean and had all the main things, pool area was clean and pool was a nice temp, pool shower was good, room was clean and tubs were clean, breakfast was good, my favorite part was the mini waffle maker!, staff was super polite

Liked: The hotel was quiet, the room was spacious and clean, and the bed was pretty comfortable. Also check-in was quick and easy and the staff member working the front desk was very friendly.
Disliked: The maid service stopped by and knocked at 9am even though I was checking out that morning and didn't need to be out until 11am. Also the hallways felt a bit dated and grimy.
