Attended a concert at Verizon Arena. Hotel a short drive/taxi ride to arena. Very convenient. Parking not as convenient - very few spaces available and when we asked night employee for some suggestions on where to park she rudely shrugged and said she didn't know. To be fair, however, the daytime staff were all very pleasant and when we reported the parking issue at time of check out. The employee was very apologetic and stated she would inform management. Her strong customer service skills helped us to leave on a positive note.

Disliked: Inadequate parking. Night desk employee was rude.

Liked: Kids enjoyed the indoor pool. Nice variety of hot breakfast foods. The little store by the front desk offered lots of snacks, drinks, and microwave meals. Kept the fan running all night and didnt hear any outside noise. Comfy beds.
Disliked: We felt safe in the hotel, but the area was scary at night.
