Superb

Liked: Love the coffee/latte machine available all day. And the water bottle station is great. Staff is beyond friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Snow shoveling at 2-3am kept me awake.

Neve again.

Liked: Nothing they would not except my cancelation. Booking.com sucks as well. I will no longer use Best Western hotels at all.
Disliked: The Staff and the company support system was not good.

We had a great time...

Liked: The staff was kind and friendly. They went out of their way to help all of the customers!
Disliked: I kind of wish the breakfast was open until 10am daily.
