Very happy with the customer service, cleanliness of rooms, shuttle service, hot breakfast and price. Very happy we stayed and will be back if we ever need a hotel in Madison, WI again!

The room was awesome; very, very, nice staff; we got a shuttle to and from the venue and even though the concert ran late they still came and got us, even at 11:30; I would recomend this place highly.

Great hotel

Liked: I was so impressed with how welcoming the hotel was, we were in town for a concert. The hotel hosted a pre party, with free hotdogs and macaroni salad, provided bottles of water we could bring to the venue, and had shuttles to and from the venue. Beyond that everyone I interacted with was very kind, the breakfast buffet had something for everyone, and the pool was fun!
