Very happy with the customer service, cleanliness of rooms, shuttle service, hot breakfast and price. Very happy we stayed and will be back if we ever need a hotel in Madison, WI again!

The good far outweighed the...

Liked: The staff was amazing! They were always happy to help and were always working hard. they were pleasant, kind and seemed to enjoy their job. The breakfast was very good! Lots of options. the manager helped us by giving us a battery we needed! the maintenance came right away and changed our refrigerator that didn’t work. So many things that made the stay enjoyable.
Disliked: The door on our bathroom was a barn door. so it didn’t couldn’t lock or close tightly. the hardware stuck out longer than the wall. the air conditioner lot fan ran all night and was loud.
