Good location, clean and tidy...

Liked: Staff very friendly, and kept food dishes replenished. Staff payed attention to detail in the eating room.
Disliked: nothing comes to mind.

This is a great place...

Really enjoyed our visit to...

Liked: Beautiful location in the Inner Harbour.
Disliked: The breakfast room was overcrowded. Breakfast itself was good but difficult to get a seat.

Adequate

Liked: I liked the coffee machine that was available 24/7. The beds were comfy. The hotel and room was clean. The heat was good.
Disliked: Staff was not very friendly. Walls and doors were very thin. You could hear everything from other rooms in the hallway, it was like the rooms were separated by curtains rather than doors. The hot breakfast was nice but just adequate.
