A welcome rest stop after...

Liked: Clean comfortable convenient quietGood restaurant, decent breakfast.I believe I have stayed there at 8 times.
Disliked: The hard pillows.

Good location with easy drive...

Liked: Location - close to Grand Canyon
Disliked: There was some confusion about charges related to our dog & the room even though we booked a pet friendly room. Charge for each pet is quite high & nowhere to eat with pet. Had planned to take breakfast back to our room - but no takeout allowed. We were only there overnight but might affect choice if staying longer.

Liked: Super clean, great facility setup, great weather and great beds. Tv channels good also
Disliked: Everytime I opened my door it would shock the crap out of me, if I touched the handle without the key card it wouldn’t shock me, whoever setup your doors I would get my money back because they set it up properly, the power is grounded to the handle. It was to a point where I didn’t even want to open the door anymore!!!! Like cmon it’s basic wiring my grandma can wire better

Liked: Staff were great, friendly, and accommodating! Restaurant and lounge an added treat. Breakfast next morning good and filling. We will be staying again soon!

Disliked: We thought we would love the balcony overlooking the poolIt did have a beautiful view But the noise from people swimming kids, making noise made it kind of hard to enjoy the peacefulness

Liked: We loved everything about this Best Western Plus. The breakfast had so many choices and everything was delicious. We also ate at the Steakhouse and ordered for take out also. The stay was wonderful in everyway. All the staff was friendly and very helpful.
Disliked: Nothing. We were very impressed with everything.

Liked: Everything! Excellent service, friendly and helpful staff, amazing breakfast buffet, beautiful pool, comfortable fire pit area… No complaints at all!
