Liked: This was a clean, comfortable and affordable property to stay in Santa Fe. The beds were wonderful. The location on Cerrillos road is hectic, it?s a busy road. Since we stayed during Covid restrictions, there was no daily cleaning but the front desk clearly communicated for us to call if anything was needed. Breakfast was also take out only, but substantial and fine. When we travel, we are on the go, leaving early & returning late. This was a good base.
Disliked: Location on Cerrillos, busy, busy road. No good restaurants close by.

Liked: Furniture layout in King room made for a very narrow space between the dresser and end of bed making it difficult to get our luggage through. Otherwise room was nice. Very pet friendly, although the potty area is way back behind the parking lot and it?s just dirt. They do have poop bags so that was great. Hot breakfast was quite good. Location is great! So many shops, restaurants close by and Santa Fe Plaza is a must!
Disliked: Dog potty area location not good

Liked: I liked that the pool and gym were open during the covid restrictions and a hot Breakfast was also being served by a staff member instead of a bagged "brekfast". Parking was easy to find. I also loved the Southwestern themeing and motif of the hotel and rooms.
Disliked: I did not like the pool being restricted to one Room per Hour with reservations required and most of the reservations filled up. We used the pool the next morning and another party was using it with us but we didn't mind. You are sharing bthe lobby and common areas with other guests, I don't see why you can't share a chlorinated pool with other guests and long as you are 6 ft apart. Also at $135 per night after taxes and fees, this room was quiet expensive for a basic run of the mill hotel on a Wednesday and Thursday night. The front desk failed to tell us that you have to make a reservation for House Keeping to clean your room "due to Covid", so our room did not get maid up at all.
