Liked: Some friendly staff.
Disliked: When we went to check in, the lady who worked there was rude and yelled at us as if we had come to stay for free. She kept insisting that my payments didn’t go through and refused to recheck. She made our experience miserable and forced me to call Booking.com customer service.

Hotel over all was in...

Liked: We had NO HOT Water for shower and the breakfast sausages were not cooked. No other accommodations were made available from management.
Disliked: No HOT WATER for showering Breakfast was not cool although I was told it was pre cooked

Liked: Everything was great. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely book again in the future and recommend it to family and friends.
Disliked: There was nothing I didn't like about my stay. Room was great, staff was polite and friendly and any questions I had were answered. Nothing bad to say about my stay.
