The worse hotel we have...

Liked: Nothing at all
Disliked: Fridge didn't work; mangement would not provide a replacement. Room smelled musty. Toilet seat was lose. Pillows and bed were the worst I have ever seen. We had to ask for more towels because we were given only a few. Hotel room door would not close unless a lot of pressure was applied.

Disliked: When we went to check in, the lady who worked there was rude and yelled at us as if we had come to stay for free. She kept insisting that my payments didn’t go through and refused to recheck. She made our experience miserable and forced me to call Booking.com customer service.

Hotel over all was in...

Liked: We had NO HOT Water for shower and the breakfast sausages were not cooked. No other accommodations were made available from management.
Disliked: No HOT WATER for showering Breakfast was not cool although I was told it was pre cooked
