Miserable, loud, no rule enforcement

Liked: Noise! The pool and hot tub was right in front of our room. The noise and music was so loud we couldn’t hear the tv. We had to call and have pool closed at 10 as hours are posted. They finally closed pool and then people talked infront of our room instead of leaving. It was miserable! I filed a complaint with bookings.com and no y has gotten back to me. And a file a complaint with the hotel and the hotel manager did not get back to me.

Convenient location, clean, friendly and...

Liked: Clean, updated, spacious rooms. Everything works, hot tub and pool area clean. Gym was tidy and clean. Mini fridge and microwave were very convenient as was the location. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Shower was huge and bathroom was very nice. Bed was comfortable, a few minutes away from the best breakfast in town, La Cheve.

Disliked: The signage to the hotel is not prominent. Our friends who are local were able to find the place for us.
