A lovely well situated hotel...

Liked: Friendly staff, very helpful. Bed was comfortable and the location was ideal.
Disliked: Room decor/ colour schemes a little dated. Hot component of buffet breakfast quite basic and bacon and sausages overcooked. Tea and coffee sachets & milk were not topped up in room. Had to request at Reception. Inundated with rather confusing emails post booking.

Ok. Wouldn’t stay there again.

Liked: The bed was extremely comfortable.
Disliked: Tiny bedroom and impossibly small bathroom. I found this very stressful as my partner and I were in each other’s way constantly. I searched for dog friendly accommodation but when we arrived at the hotel we were charged £100 for our dog to stay in the hotel. This hadn’t been mentioned until we arrived so this was very frustrating. Also a member of the reception staff was visibly afraid of dogs.

Good overall stay

Liked: Proximity to work location. Clean and comfortable.
Disliked: Really hot in the room, couldn’t turn the bathroom radiator down.
