Disliked: When I booked this hotel I saw pictures of a spa and pool so took our swimming costumes with us but was told it had been closed for two years.

Comfortable stay in huge room

Liked: The room was massive and very comfortable.
Disliked: Had a 15 minute wait at reception for a staff member then a further 10 minutes at the bar to order a coke

Liked: Helpful and friendly staff. Good food, particularly breakfast. Large comfortable bed.
Disliked: Having to pay for breakfast when we were upgrading our room.

Very pleasant

Liked: It is a very beautiful property and in such a beautiful location
Disliked: It was quite difficult to get to the room with luggage. The lift only took you up so far and then you had to go down some stairs and then up on the other side so not ideal
