Disliked: Noise..we were in a room next to a tower /chimney which made a loud whirring noise for hours on end during the night

Disliked: Our room was directly above the function room extremely loud music playing,that didn’t go off until 00:45 am

Would have been better without...

Liked: Good location for walking into town.Free all day parking. Good breakfast choices. Good in room hot drink facilities.
Disliked: No bottled water in room.Guests from a daytime event were sitting outside making noise until 2AM We did not sleep very well.

Comfortable and welcoming.

Liked: Comfortable room, very good food, helpful and pleasant staff.
Disliked: Noise from a large group and music until the early hours Saturday night. It's the price you pay for staying in a big hotel.

Terrible not value for money

Liked: I found the property was very dirty. The facilities were poor. The breakfast was terrible. And at £17 per person definitely not value no sausage no eggs no bacon.
Disliked: Mostly everything it’s a place I definitely wouldn’t stay for how much they charge. It’s looking very tired and needs a massive refurbishment.
