The worst place to stay...

Liked: It was in rather convenient location
Disliked: Extremely dirty, awful smell of an old moldy house, armchair ripped off and all in dirty stains, curtains were completely ripped off, plastic lampshade was broken in several places, hangers on the wall with no pictures,King size bed turned out to be two small mattresses put together, one of which was so bad that me and my wife had to sleep on one half of it, shower faucet in the shower- broken- we could hardly to open the water.

Liked: Breakfast was very limited and was not hot and what was there didnt taste good.
Disliked: Bed was worn out and needed replaced. Check in sent us to a room that was not cleaned so we had to go back and them change the room. Room had a lot noise in the hallway.

Liked: The room was very clean and the bed was VERY comfortable! I slept great after a long drive!
Disliked: Breakfast area was empty by 7am

Liked: I was traveling to charlotte nc for surgery. i was happy to see upon entering my room that it was clean n tidy. always fresh linen and towels at the ready and the free breakfast everyday was also very gud. if i travel to charlotte nc i will be looking to stay at Best Western Plus.
