Liked: Very clean, comfy bed, good Breakfast
Disliked: No waffles at breakfast, they did have eggs a n d all the fixings, pancakes, yogurt, ect.

Nice newer facility, great staff.

Liked: Clean, comfortable beds, good breakfast.
Disliked: I didn’t like the ice machine right outside our door, 10:30 pm someone was filling up their cooler with ice.

Disliked: Your housekeepers and the receptionist that work at your hotel are very rude. Your housekeepers kept trying to come into our room several times while my daughter and I were sleeping. I get it that they need to clean it but we have until 11:00 a.m. to check out and I don't appreciate them coming in while we were sleeping. And if I get frustrated about it now I am banned from this hotel. I do not recommend anybody staying here. They are rude and don't care about your privacy.

Liked: Receptionist that checked us in was very nice
Disliked: Housekeeping kept trying to get into our room several times Sunday morning before checkout. They woke us up twice. The third time I caught them in my room while I still had stuff in there cuz I wasn't fully checked out. This is frustrating and because I was frustrated I am now banned from this hotel. This is not exceptional customer service.
