Disliked: They take out $150 and hold it on your card for 3-7 business days. I won’t stay again just because I’m waiting on that refund still. Other hotels only keep $25 if anything at all.

Liked: I loved the room, the location and the nice staff for the mist part. I used the computer and that was helpful and the included breakfast made my stay much more pleasant. I will definitely be back!

Liked: It was a nice hotel, loved how big our room was and it having two queen size beds!
Disliked: The breakfast was very american and.. well not good at all, but I guess it's a preference thing mostly. We shared a corridor with a big gang of guys who made a LOT of noise, and the hotel personnel unfortunately didn't do much about it when we complained.

Liked: Convenient to the freeway and pretty clean.
Disliked: Even though the place has been remodeled at some point, there were some areas where you can see they cut corners. Breakfast was not that great. But everything was on par with the price.

Liked: Our bed was comfortable.
Disliked: First of all getting in and out of this location was more than a pain in the butt and the location is mediocre. The staff was rude and unwelcoming from the moment we walked in, acting overwhelmed with a phone call and one other customer. We were told about three times if the room smelled of smoke or any other smell we would be charged, insinuating we were going to smoke vapes or weed. There was a robotics team there and we were told that they may be loud, to which I said if they are loud my dog may bark. They told me that would be a problem because dogs cannot be barking, but it’s ok the robotics team is loud??? I walked back to my car after checking in and said I have a bad feeling about this I just don’t like it and don’t know if I want to stay. We almost said screw the money let’s go find somewhere else but decided to stay. Keep in mind that feeling was based purely off interaction with staff . The room smelled of stagnant water and mold/mildew. The bathroom was cold almost like a hospital and dark and you didn’t really want to be in it. The vending machine had about four items in it. The “pantry” was just as bad. Why even offer food items if you have only two ramen noodles, a couple frozen burritos, about two bags of chips, and a few ice creams. The ice machines didn’t work. Breakfast was obviously just put out one time and when things ran out, oh well for everyone else. The food attendant and housekeeping were both rude and acted like we inconvenienced them by asking a question. I could go on and on. I have no clue why others would give this such good reviews. We travel all the time for work but also Leisure mixed in and I’ve never felt compelled to write a review like this until now. Pay a little more and go down the road to the Hampton or the embassy suites!

Liked: Beautiful room, clean and comfortable.Location was great, right near the highway. Would definitely stay again.
Disliked: Nothing really. If I had one thing , breakfast could have been refilled with muffins/Danish. They were out at 8 am and not refilled.
