Liked: I enjoyed my stay in the hotel. Just to be clear, the main reason that I am giving a good score is because of the lady that works in the breakfast area. On Sunday, I booked a tour and I wouldn’t really have time to have a proper breakfast, I arrived at 7:30 and ask her if I could bring some stuff for breakfast, she was superrrrr helpful and caring, ensuring that I have a reasonable breakfast. It saved my day as the tour only stopped around 2o clock for we eat. Thank you so much, it was a small gesture but you made my day. The room was clean and cosy, no complain. Another big advantage is the location, you can do absolutely everything by foot, very convenient place to stay.
Disliked: Honestly, service and comfort is the two things that make me score the place high. The girls from the reception were not like the lady from the breakfast, going above and beyond. I asked few recommendations where to eat traditional food e etc and they were only able to recommend tourist traps around old town, very expensive places. I really like when I get the hotel and the people in the reception give you a overview of the town, good recommendations and etc. They were not as caring… they are not rude or anything, don’t take me wrong, they may not just be well trained to actually give the guest a better experience.
