Liked: We had a very pleasant stay at Best Western Plus Hotel Sydney Opera. The building is historic, but it has been beautifully renovated, combining classic charm with modern comfort.The staff were exceptionally kind, welcoming, and always ready to assist with a smile their hospitality truly made a difference.While the location is central and close to many attractions, it might feel a bit confusing for first-time visitors to Paris. However, once familiar, it offers convenient access to shopping areas, cafes, and public transport.Overall, a charming hotel with excellent service. Would gladly stay here again

Liked: A very nice hotel — we stayed for just one night but would have gladly stayed longer. Great location, very friendly and pleasant staff. We arrived a bit before the official check-in time, but our room was ready and we were able to check in right away. The room was small (which is typical for Paris) but comfortable, clean, and quiet. Breakfast is available for an extra cost and was very good — not just the standard coffee and croissant, but also hot options like omelets, scrambled eggs, and more.

Liked: It is one of the most amazing places I have stayed. The location is perfect, and the room facilities are all good and clean. Communication is smooth and we got early information prior to our stay. We also got a quiet room as requested. Overall, it definitely beat my expectations. The hotel personnel are the best. They are very friendly, helpful and kind. During the stay, my son was sick and we received warm help and greetings from many of them.
Disliked: Nothing. Simply amazing.

Liked: The staff is extremely friendly, they have free coffee, juice and pastries. The hotel is well maintained and facilities are tip top.
Disliked: Th e standard room is quite small. Will upgrade next time.

Superb

Liked: Very friendly staff. Room was beautifully decorated with individual furniture. Since our room was facing the courtyard, it was very quiet. On the downside, it had no views from the windows.There were small, tasty snacks provided for free in the afternoon.
Disliked: Not really a problem, but the seats were a miniature size, making the room look bigger on the pictures than it actually is. Still, the room was spacious enough.
