Very good location, good breakfast...

Liked: Breakfast was plentiful. Kids love the "make your waffle" station. The staff is very helpful. The fridge in our room wasn't functioning. reported it and it was replaced immediately.Since we had a room not facing the street, it was also quiet.Very good experience!
Disliked: The walk from the station is not very pleasant, I would recommend taking the U-Bahn to the station "Berliner Tor" and then walking from this station to the hotel. The distance is the same as from HBF but the road seems cleaner and safer.

Liked: Comfort plus room was quiet big and comfortable. The front desk personnel was so sweet she gave us a room upgrade!
Disliked: The surrounding areas was not what i expected.

Liked: Convenient to station, groceries, art museum, kebabs. Liked the refrigerator.

It was okay, slightly outdated.

Liked: Overall it was a okay stay, room was a bit dusty, glass in the restaurant was broken causing my partner to cut her lip and not in the best part of town.

Lovely hotel, quiet, spacious room...

Liked: The druggies outside and along access to the city.
