Great hotel with awful bed

Liked: Central Location, parking, ac, no carpet rooms, beautiful lobby, breakfast, staff & welcome drinks provided
Disliked: The beds are small, horrible, soft & saggy, pits, will not return. Its a complete pity that the beds are like that.

Good stopover

Liked: Very helpful staff. Nice room but view of the bus station was not great. Nice bar but didn't try the restaurant.
Disliked: Noise at night from exuberant drivers - horns and loud music from cars.

Great place for a short...

Liked: The hotel was in a central location with covered parking which was a bonus. The breakfast was excellent making for the perfect start to the day.

Not a great experience

Liked: Clean room.
Disliked: It was an end room. Bit cold for my comfort. The heating was not fully effective The staff counter were not customer friendly. If any just the opposite No confirmation by email to me about the booking from Booking. ComPhoned to hotel couple of times during the week to confirm my booking. The did not have the booking confirmation until late in the morning and was told so when I arrived at the hotel
