Very good

Liked: The fancy coffee machine in the lobby was nice. Good shower pressure, beds super comfy too.
Disliked: Would be nice if the gym had better equipment.

Liked: The location was perfect. Walking distance to downtown, old town, and Chinatown. Also, Very clean room!

Probably would not stay again

Liked: The location of the property was not bad as you could get to a few nice places with a short walk. Staff were nice
Disliked: Air con did not work. Very difficult to sleep in a sauna. The location of the property was filthy. Rubbish and dirt everywhere. Luckily they were out of spaces for the valet parking which meant we only paid $29 for parking across two days instead of $70 with the hotel. The parking was secure 24hr security and 3min walk from the hotel. Don’t use the hotel parking. Absolute ripoff.

Great hotel and good value...

Liked: Such a relief to find such a nice place after moving there from another hotel that was awful. Staff were super friendly, rooms were spacious, clean and warm. Loved the proper coffee machine in the lobby. Bed was comfortable and pillows were the best of our trip. Had everything we needed and the price was so much better value for money than the competition. Thanks for a great stay.
Disliked: Big drawback was the lack of free weights in the gym. We were there a whole week so the limited facilities were definitely noticed. Bit of street noise, but it’s a vibrant area so probably nothing out of the ordinary.

CHEATS CUSTOMERS

Disliked: I arrived five minutes before 10 a.m. for the breakfast that was supposed to be included, only to be told it wasn’t. This is outrageous. I feel completely scammed. The breakfast was clearly paid for in advance and included in the reservation. This is unacceptable and absolutely dishonest. I’m leaving a terrible review and warning others—this place cheats its customers.The staff clearly doesn’t care about customer service or delivering what was promised. There’s a complete lack of professionalism and respect. If something is included in the service, they should honor it—period. It’s unacceptable to treat guests this way. This kind of negligence and disregard for clients is exactly why I would never come back and will make sure others know what to expect.
