Located in Caen's city center the Best Western Plus Le Moderne is a nonsmoking hotel and is just 0.9 mi from the train station and 3.7 mi from Carpiquet Airport. The Château Ducal is only a 2-minute walk away and the Caen Abbeys are a 5-minute walk from the hotel. At the Best Western Plus Le Moderne each room has individually-controlled air conditioning and heating. All rooms are en suite and soundproofed. They feature spacious and individually decorated spaces. The buffet breakfast is served in the breakfast room on the 1st floor. Great location in the city...

Would have liked better customer...

Liked: Location was good. Bed was comfortable.
Disliked: Turning up at the wrong hotel cos that's where their email sent me. Not having any black tea or milk available in my room. Being given a mere sorry when I complained about food and broken glass under the bed after my husband found glass in his foot and the excuse 'we can't do anything to compensate you cos you booked through booking.com'!
