Liked: The location on a pedestrian only section of the city was great and quiet. Within walking distance of all the sites. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Aruelia (sorry I know I spelled that wrong) she checked us in and provided great siteseeing and dining suggestions. Was grateful our room was ready early. Breakfast was good, plenty of options.
Disliked: No outdoor space, but unless there is access to a rooftop it would be difficult to maintain space on a pedestrian walkway.

Great location for shopping.

Liked: Arrived early and left my luggage, no offer to get my room ready early as the previous Best Western plus did. I did return early to drop off some shopping and the lady at reception was very accommodating. On my return to check in it was nice to find my bags and shopping had been put in my room. The room had an art deco feel, the bed was massive and comfy. AC and WiFi both worked well. Located very close to the shops and a very pretty park.
