Beautiful Art Nouveau hotel easily accessible from train station.

Liked: The room was especially beautiful as well was the Art Nouveau building. We enjoyed the two bedroom suite and the balcony. The restaurant was also very good and we ate there twice. Staff was very helpful. Hotel is convenient to the train station and the walk is mostly flat, unlike going to other places in Lausanne.

Liked: I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and it was a delightful experience. The standout feature of my stay was undeniably the exceptional staff. Bochra and Aiguerim went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction throughout my time there. Upon arrival, they generously upgraded my room to accommodate my request for a peaceful environment, and it made all the difference. Additionally, despite my early arrival at around Ten in the morning, they kindly facilitated an early check-in at no extra cost, understanding my exhaustion from a long train journey. Their thoughtfulness and dedication truly exemplify the quality of service at this establishment.Aside from the outstanding staff, the hotel's prime location, right next to Lausanne Central Station and with a bus stop nearby, made getting around a piece of cake.Overall, while the hotel itself offers a pleasant experience, it is truly the exceptional staff that sets it apart. Their professionalism, attentiveness, and willingness to go the extra mile make this establishment a standout choice for who are seeking not just accommodation, but genuine hospitality. Highly recommended.
