Wonderful staff

Liked: The staff were very friendly and helpful and the area is nice and quiet and like country side. A nice place to stay if you want a stop or to explore the nearby towns.

Disliked: The restaurant food was not good and overpriced for how bad it was. Weird combinations of ingredients, trying to be gourmet and it was not!

Liked: A good location travelling down to the south
Disliked: It’s a secure location leaving your car. You don’t have to bother unpacking it. With locked gates after 9:30 pm.

Fine hotel, good evening meal...

Liked: Friendly reception and all the staff who appeared to consist of young ladies, were quite excellent, being cheerful, helpful and friendly. Room was comfortable with nice shower and all facilities. Plenty of parking space. Generally a super hotel.
Disliked: Nothing.

Good hotel, but customer service...

Liked: Comfortable room, good location (for our stop-off) and plenty of parking. Evening meal was delicious! Checkout was quick and efficient, allowing us to get on the road for the next stage of our trip.
Disliked: Some of the staff were a bit dismissive. For example, at check-in I asked how much extra it would cost for breakfast. Never got an answer, just that "it's fine" (later found out the price, and assume there must have been caviar involved, at that price!Also booked our evening meal for 1900, but we're told on arrival at the restaurant that they would seat us 10 mins later (15-20 in reality). Turns out that the delay was due to the staff still chatting over their dinner and coffee......
