Pleasant and comfortable!

Liked: Very well decorated and very comfortable stay! The staff was wonderful.
Disliked: The location was not so central but that was not an issue at all!

Liked: The hotel was beautifully decorated, the beds were very comfortable, the lighting in the rooms were amazing, the size was better than most Italian hotels.
Disliked: The hotel manager refused to refund us for the first night of hotel stay when BOTH Milan Airports were closed due to a broken radar system causing flight cancellations for 400 flights to Milan. There was no further accomodation or gesture of goodwill shown to us even after requesting a refund. The coordination of the front desk staff was lackluster. I left detailed instructions about important sets of keys to be obtained by the airport luggage service which did not get passed to the staff working at the front desk when our luggage finally arrived 4 days later. I had to tell the staff at midnight to stop the delivery man and ensure he got our important set of keys back. It was all a bit chaotic and not well managed. While most of the front desk staff were lovely, there was one particular individual who doesn't listen and argues back citing false and inaccurate facts, clearly not customer service oriented. Lastly, if you need strong and cold AC, don't stay here, as the AC in the rooms only goes down to 24.5 degrees and can't go any lower. This was a particular issue during the recent European heatwave and travelling with a senior who needed better and stronger AC during our stay.

Liked: First of all we were upgraded which was a lovely surprise. The hotel itself is beautiful. Has everything you need. Very clean. Can’t fault it. Good location if you like walking, as it is a bit of walk into the centre but we didn’t mind this as it was close to the train station.
Disliked: Nothing, everything was perfect.

Liked: A beautiful property, gorgeously designed and very comfortable. Loved the furnishings and the layout of the rooms. The beds were super comfortable, the bathroom exquisite. Breakfast spread was delicious.
Disliked: Stellar stay.
