Great experience in Milano

Liked: Breakfast was great with a great variety of options.Bedding was extremely comfortable!

A gem of a hotel.

Liked: Decor is lovely.Staff were friendly and efficient,Good breakfast.
Disliked: Only one minor problem, I dont much like rain showers, prefer a shower that I can adjust to my height.

Liked: The people at the front desk were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. The restaurant staff and the luggage porter were super helpful as well. The hotel has an excellent design—everything was perfect! If you head left when you exit the hotel, you’ll find a really nice bar that makes amazing gin and tonics. :)
Disliked: Nothing.

Good hotel in great position!

Liked: Very good location, hotel very clean and overall comfortable, with a friendly staff.The shower in the hotel is stilla bit “old style”, but overall comfortable!The coffee machine even in the standard room is a plus :-)I would go back!

Fabulous experience

Liked: Just wanted to say a big thank you to Nicolo and Martina for their excellent customer services. They went above and beyond to accommodate us and made our trip to Milan exceptional. I would recommend the deluxe rooms- they are worth paying more. You will experience the Luxurious renovation the hotel is going through!

Liked: Every single moment I spent there was great.we really enjoyed our staying there.the staff were amazing and specially the girls who worked there for serving breakfast was so nice.the location was very great and they had kind of renovation so most of the facilities were really good
