Decent option

Liked: Nice building directly opposite train station and very close to centre. Friendly staff.
Disliked: Lobby smelled of drains. Room carpet smelled too. Room a bit small and noisy. Few facilities. As expensive as a much superior hotel my partner stayed in just a few hundred yards away

Very enjoyable 3 days in...

Liked: Hotel Comedie St Roch is near the station and has a large number of trams to take you all over the city. For elderly people that is wonderful. Trams are very cheap, too! The staff were courteous and helpful. It is a very pleasant hotel with a good breakfast.
Disliked: The shower needed to be hand held which made it hard to wash hair.

Very good

Liked: I liked the rooms and the staff, and the choice at breakfast. The location was also excellent, and there is a comfortable waiting area.I did not like the noise levels from the street below, and also I felt the breakfast was a little expensive.
