Nice and clean hotel next...

Liked: Location is very convenient: right next to the train station and to some tram lines. But the area is clean, well-lit at night and not sketchy. Almost no noise gets in the rooms from the tram, the beds are very comfy, hotel is very clean, and there was a bathtub in the bathroom
Disliked: Breakfast not included

Great hotel & great value...

Liked: Great location in terms of proximity to the old town & transport connections. Very polite staff. The room was excellent, overall a great hotel for a solo traveller.
Disliked: Breakfast was a little disappointing for the price- a bit more variety would have been nice. Other than that, everything else was great.

Perfect location for Montpellier

Liked: The location was fantastic. Right in the heart of the old city, with a tram stop in front of the hotel and main train station directly across the road. The double glazed windows kept all the noise out but we could have fresh air in the room if we wanted it. Everything we wanted to see and do was within close walking distance which made the stay so lovely. Beware the brasserie across the road from the hotel ( they will overcharge and yell at you if you protest€17 for 3 coffees and pastries!!) Everything was clean and neat and if I had to say anything the room sizes were a little cosy. However the beds were generous and extremely comfortable. Would definitely stay here again. The staff were very helpful

Great location, although disappointing stay

Liked: The location is just perfect, literally in front of the train station. Staff were also friendly and accommodating.
Disliked: The room in general needs to be freshen up, it felt very outdated and the facilities as well. Hated the shower, the curtain did not stop the water from coming out and the wc too high.

Liked: The rooms were updated, clean and comfortable
Disliked: The heating/ cooling was not working and the rooms were sweltering hot. We had to open the window but then the noise from the constant trains, mopeds and cars kept us awake most of the night One staff members was helpful in booking us a restaurant and taxi One just pointed to where the water was and would not speak The ad was misleading when it said parking across the street - it was much farther than that. Simple instructions on how to get to the hotel from the parking lot would be appreciated by weary travellers. Staff could be a lot more specific with their helpfulness
