The staff was very pleasant...

Liked: Very clean. Walkable to what we want to see.
Disliked: Hair dryers were awful.

Great location, welcoming, helpful staff would recommend to others

Liked: The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. The room was clean enough and not a bad size for France. Location was great especially after a long train journey, literally just a few minutes walk from the station but also so close to the old town and the lake. I would stay here again. Annecy is beautiful, one of my favourite locations in France.
Disliked: It would have been nice if the fridge was re stocked each day if something is taken.
