Nice place; it was very roomy.

Liked: The location, sizeable one bedroom suite. Start were great
Disliked: A bit rundown - could do with a refresh

Liked: We loved the location (great for walking around Midtown and for subway lines 6 and E, which will quickly take you Downtown) and the space in the apartment. Yes, the hotel is a bit dated, but well-maintained. The breakfast is good for American standards: tasty coffee and a pretty wide choice. If only they would stop using all those single-use plastics..:(
Disliked: The worst aspect of this place is the limited space at breakfast - if you arrive from Europe and are jetlagged then it's easy to be the first downstars at 7am, but the longer you stay the longer you wait in line for a table:) But let's make it clear: we never waited longer than a couple of minutes. I would stay there again!

Liked: The staff was extremely helpful and recommended transportation getting to certain locations. A great location within walking distance to many attractions as well as the subway.
Disliked: Breakfast area was very busy, but the staff was pleasant in trying to seat everyone.

Liked: Its a good hotel and the client orientation was also good especially from the reception desk and the staff facilitating the breakfast. Destiny at the front desk was always helpful
Disliked: They clean the room not every day but every two days. Thats not good enough. Also, it was quite pricy.

Huge space, Midtown perfection, Great...

Liked: We stayed in a 2 bedroom with a large living room with pull-out couch with full kitchen. The large space is unmatched in this perfect midtown location yet away from Times Sq. Bedding/Linens great and breakfast just fine. Perfect for families.
Disliked: The staff "monitoring" breakfast are really overbearing and it's too much at the nightly price being paid.
