A very nice hotel at...

Liked: It is a very nice hotel in a great location. We stayed there as a family with little kids, and the suite had everything we needed: A kitchen with all the cookware, oven, stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, and a coffee machine. The beds were comfortable, and it was fairly quiet (it's still the center of New York City, so don't expect it to be absolutely noise-free). The living room was spacious, with a nice sitting area and dining table. The bathroom was clean, and there was a large safebox in the room. The breakfast is nice. The proximity to Times Square is really nice.
Disliked: Parking is not included. You pay an extra 40$ per day for a parking lot close by with no in-out privileges. It's clearly stated in the description, and we knew about it before coming there. The appliances in the room are outdated: The television didn't work very well, the dishwasher was very old and not working very well, and the safebox ran out of battery during our stay, but the staff wasn't able to replace the batteries over the weekend.

Disliked: We had been told we would need to vacate the room by 1pm on alternate days for housekeeping however housekeeping arrived each time around 9am wanting access to room.

Disliked: Elevator down one evening and on our morning leave. So glad we were on the second floor.

Good value for large King...

Liked: The location for a family trip is great and the staff were very helpful. The room was clean and spacious for our family of four.
Disliked: The elevator only holds six people and is a bit of a problem in the mornings, but the stairs were easily accessible.

Liked: Location pretty good. Good amount of cupboard space, full kitchen, large dining table and spacious lounge with sofa bed. Separate bedroom with large bed. Good size bathroom. Breakfast was adequate and a bonus to start the day. Was about a 10 minute walk to Time Square and 3 to 5 mins to subway
Disliked: We asked for a topper for sofa bed which make it more comfortable. It would be a little hard for full size adults
