Liked: Chris was amazing, loved his energy and effort to making stay great! Also one of the best night sleeps, great mattress and pillows which is rare for me.
Disliked: There was black mold in bathroom shower/floors. Hot tub was not hot, and pool was chilly.

Disliked: My room was not cleaned. I noticed a used towel and the floors were not cleaned from the last guest.

Liked: Clean, spacious room. Friendly staff.
Disliked: Breakfast was far from what we expected. Both mornings of our stay, they ran out of hot food before 9:00. There were lots of people staying at this hotel due to several events in the area. Better planning to accommodate everyone is necessary. No juice, no fruit, no yogurt were offered. Bagels were the only bread products offered.

Liked: Good location - staff was friendly. Lots of pillows on bed.
Disliked: Coffee machine (coffee) was terrible. Need better beans. No peanut butter, OJ or toast for breakfast. Utensils were flimsy.
