We booked there due to proximity to the naval base for tours, found this to be the case. Enjoyed our stay very much and would recommend to others.

WATCH OUT FOR BOOKING.COM UPGRADES!

Liked: STAFF WAS GREAT!!!!!! Very nice! Evening Clerk "Van & another lady. AWESOME! Day staff when we checked out was good as well! Food was average
Disliked: First of all this property is NOT at the beach as described! Secondly BOOKING.com offered us an upgrade for additional fee for an "OCEAN VIEW" room, we accepted and PAID the additional fee! WHAT OCEAN??? it was an inlet, AND OUR VIEW WAS AN ALLEY WITH A DUMPSTER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! KISSED THAT EXTRA FEE GOOD-BYE!

It was awesome my family...

Liked: Their rooms are neat , their pool is neat and is calm area closer to the ocean
Disliked: The property is fine just that is not close to a lot of activities so we have to drive to ocean front to enjoy our stay and we come back to sleep

It was pleasant.

Liked: Location was great
Disliked: The suite I had was great but I suggest adding a dresser to the bedroom with 1 bed, like the other room w/kitchenette. Kitchenette needs updating. As well as the AC unit it was so loud and it either didn’t cool the room or it was freezing cold. Should offer 2 bathrooms for families of 5 and bigger. Needs to add streaming to those nice big TVs they have. Update the pool for sure and patio. Location was fantastic.

The location was good and...

Liked: I liked the view of the ships passing through and the view of the Chesapeake bay bridge. Seen dolphins in the bay from the hotel room
Disliked: The open area by the pool could use some umbrellas and some ashtrays for smokers. There’s no shade in that area.
