Disliked: I reserved two rooms and both have very clear issues from the beginning. Neither looked like they had vacuumed the floor. One had a mold-like smell and had the previous occupant's leftovers still in the fridge. The other room had an inch long cockroach in it and what looked like rat poop on the table. Obviously, we requested a room change.

Liked: The staff that greeted me and checked me in were lovely although the check in was difficult .t
Disliked: The check in and communication between shifts staff was horrible and caused alot of inconveniences and wasted time. The management was horrible they didn't apologize for there mistakes instead told us we couldn't extend our stay.
