Bad drainage

Liked: Location was close to our family. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was very good and appreciated.
Disliked: The water pressure was horrible! We took a shower about 10:30 pm and it literally dribbled off the shower bar, which was a confusing contraption. We were in room 431....the sink drain took over 40 minutes to drain, making brushing teeth a challenge.

It's great if you are...

Liked: I really liked the modern bathroom, the TV offered Netflix and YouTube, the game room, which was a nice touch. And, the breakfast was pretty decent.
Disliked: Customer service was not the greatest checking in. So it kind of took away from being a welcoming atmosphere. But there was a different lady at the desk when we were leaving, who happened to be nice. I wish I had got names. The room we stayed in was too small. I am not sure if they are all like that. Also, there is low water pressure to shower.

Liked: I love this hotel... It's nice, clean, and comfortable.
Disliked: But..... The jacuzzi room I had there before was so much better. My memories of a nicer time makes me sad..

Comfortable and easy location

Liked: Close to interstate. Spacious comfortable room. Decent breakfast options. Outdoor pool.
Disliked: Not much to do around the hotel, unless you drive to a park or downtown. But if you only need a overnight stay on the way somewhere else, it’s a good spot.

Liked: The staff was friendly, the outside grounds were clean. But, the highlight was the bartender, Ian (Ean) not sure spelling. he was fantastic. Easy on, easy off the highway.
Disliked: The room floors were dirty, especially the bathroom floor. needs a good mopping. Was happy that it's not carpeted. The game room for the kids can use some updates and maybe a machine or two more.
