Best Western Plus Harrisonburg

We asked for extra pillows and they were never brought. There were only two pillows on my bed while on the other there were three, and there were 3 of us in a two bedroom room. Also there was a comforter/heavier blanket missing on one bed. Thankfully, the heater keep us warm enough. Also, we had to ask for extra towels twice. Other than that, it was a great stay.

Liked: Very nice staff and very clean.
Disliked: Not enough pillows and one bed was missing a comforter.

Nice hotel but should cost...

Liked: Staff was helpful. Breakfast was good.
Disliked: A bit expensive for a basic room. A travel crib cost $20 extra a night so we ran to local Walmart and bought one instead. Stayed at lodges and cabins along are trip for cheaper that offered full kitchenette’s and fireplaces.

Disliked: There could have been some hot veg options for breakfast. No complaints though.

Liked: Very kind and hospitable staff.Breakfast was not bad.Pull out couch was wrapped in crinkly plastic. Needed some padding.
Disliked: A little too pricey for what it was. Also views of gas station out our window-not so great

Liked: Cleanliness and friendly staff are consistently good at this location.
Disliked: Breakfast has been better at this location in the past. No cranberry juice. Many items near empty - like potatoes. No biscuits for the gravy. Didn't see any ketchup.
