Not Pet Friendly!
Liked: Hotel is fine. It is supposed to be pet friendly. But, eliminate the friendly. It would be better rated as barely pet tolerant.
Disliked: My wife dropped a French Fry with ketchup on the bed, I dipped juice from my hamburger on the other bed, my wife left make-up residue on a towel, and they blamed our two dogs. They want a $50 security deposit to stay there again. Pass! I am a Diamond Elite Member with Best Western and this is the Only hotel that I would Never recommend. Beware!

Just what we needed for...
Liked: The hotel was very easy to get to and was clean. Breakfast was good for a continental style-coffee was great and there were options for everyone.
Disliked: There weren’t a lot of restaurant options nearby.

Very poor stay.
Liked: The location
Disliked: My room was not ready when I got there at 4:30pm so I had to get a new one. The bathroom was dirty. The breakfast was not what it was supposed to be. There were no pancakes or waffles just a maker with no batter. The yogurt was empty with no toppings.

Good stay near Harrisburg
Liked: Very clean and quiet, ez freeway access, friendly staff
Disliked: Fitness center could have more weights, limited food choices nearby, a/c had to be set down to 65 before it would actually cool room

Bad
Liked: I’m writing to report that I saw what appeared to be a bedbug in my room. Unfortunately, it crawled away before I could take a photo, but I am very certain it was a bedbug based on its size, shape, and color. My son also saw it with me, so I’m not the only witness.It happened very quickly, and I wasn’t able to react in time to take a picture it disappeared before I could open my camera.This is very concerning, especially when traveling with a child.
Disliked: Additionally, when I informed a staff member, they insisted there was no bedbug and said they didn’t see anything, expressing strong confidence that none were present.This response was disappointing, as it felt dismissive despite my clear concern and the fact that both my son and I saw it. To make matters worse, when I contacted Booking.com, the representative told me that I needed to provide photographic evidence in order to receive a refund.
