Superb
Liked: Loved the staff, super welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was great, extremely clean and organized. Loved our stay.

No pool, hard bed, torn...
Liked: I liked the shampoo and conditioner largest bottles mounted in the bathroom.
Disliked: 1. Disliked it being the first day of summer and the pool being closed. 2. Disliked having an alarm clock go off at 3:00 in the morning that we never set. 3. Disliked the head board having tears in it. 4. Disliked the mattress, it was outstandingly hard!! 5. Disliked the large in height pillows that were also firm.

Fair
Liked: Bathroom light didn’t work but it was fixed quickly. Breakfast was sub par, no variety and low on most items daily.

Liked: Greeted by staff with a smile and appreciated that all staff were friendly.Great location in Oak Harbor, WA
Disliked: Unable to figure out how to adjust AC which was set at too cool temp--finally realized adjustment needed to be made on wall monitor. This should be made clear by staff @ check-in!

Let down a second time.
Liked: Generally great! And great staff!
Disliked: I booked this place also for use of the hot tub, but again the hot tub was out of service. I called in a week ago and it was working then, but is the second time it's not working. Big disappointment!
