Overall very comfortable.

Liked: Very clean and new. Comfortable bed. Good linens.
Disliked: A lot of noise in the hall late at night from other guests.

Liked: I love the facility. I have stayed here 3 times now and this is the only one I look for when I travel here. The staff is very friendly and concerned about making your stay enjoyable.

Liked: The lady behind the desk I met upon arrival was the best. Very helpful, friendly & courteous. She even printed out for me where I could find the nearest Verizon hdqtrs. I had cell phone issues. Loved being on the 2nd floor. Parking was just fine. The room was very nice. Coffee was excellent.
Disliked: I had a hard time figuring out how to make the tub go from bath to shower. Then in figuring out how to cut it off. I was so close to calling the front desk & asking but I happened to stumble on it. The construction going on next door had the brightest lights & my curtains couldn't close all the way which was a headache thru-out the night (I like it dark). The waffle station was out of order & I had my heart set on hotel waffles. I'm more of a bacon man than a turkey sausage man, but that's how it is sometimes. I was bummed about no free local newspaper for guests. Have hotels stopped doing that or just BW Plus? Having once lived in the area, it would've been nice to catch up that way.

Liked: Good location.
Disliked: Whole place was unkempt. Missing/ broken floor tiles in the room. Large stains on the carpets. Both nights people running up and down the halls yelling and fighting til 2AM. called the front desk, employee said ?I will see what I can do?

Liked: I like the location of the hotel. The mall was right behind the hotel.
Disliked: The staff did not go over and beyond to correct their mistakes.

I would stay there again...

Liked: Breakfast room was really clean, spa bath was nice first room spa didn't work but was able to move us to room next door and it was great.
Disliked: breakfast needed eggs.

Liked: The room was amazing! it was a nice size King bed. Room was exceptionally clean and my 13 month old could crawl around. The hotel was in a great area. The staff were all nice except one of the housekeepers, but I do not think she could speak English too well.
Disliked: Breakfast. We got down to get breakfast at 830/9 as we had gotten in late. Breakfast was already gone when we got down there. They didn?t have any pancake mix, no bacon/sausage as they normally served, etc. The staff was AMAZING and accommodating despite the breakfast and even found some sausage links to cook. However, the company needs to allocate for more breakfast so that all guests can enjoy it!
