Overall very comfortable.

Liked: I like the house keeper Latoya attitude. The breakfast was good.
Disliked: I did not like how they cleaned roon. The house Keeper did not clean the room correctly before we arrived. The room was dusty and a pair of men Underwear was left in my room. The swimming pool was not clean was not able to swim in the pool because of the debris and dirt, cloudiness of the water. I have touched a snapshot of the dirty pool at Best Western Plus pool.

Disappointing

Disliked: The night staff wasnt nice or polite ... The away from desk sign was up more than he was there and the main reason we booked this hotel was for the pool for our son and it was supposedly out of order ... I think we should be refunded some of our money back truthfully ... Breakfast was decent the potatoes were still somewhat uncooked
