Liked: The setting is lovely and staff are always attentive.
Disliked: On this occasion the bedroom was located right next to a door. This caused noise disturbance during the night.

Liked: The hotel building is lovely, and it is set in beautiful grounds. The breakfast was also good, if a little expensive. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: We stayed in the annex rooms. The rooms were clean however the decor is very tired and the sofas and chairs worn through in places. The rooms definitely need an update.

Liked: Lovely hotel in a country setting. Very serene and beautiful grounds.
Disliked: The carpets on the way to the annex rooms, and in the room felt old and grubby.
