We would stay here again;...

Liked: Love a hot breakfast!! Everything was super clean!! They had something different everyday. but still eggs and bacon; and your staples yogurt, cereal, bagels ,toast etc..
Disliked: That there was no changing area in the pool area. no bathrooms or change rooms/ so you had to wrap a towel around you and drip your way; However did not see a lot of water in the main areas; just at times when you use the elevator there was some water on the elevator floor.

Good for our needs of...

Liked: Facility was very clean, housekeeping -appreciated the clean towels each day (we stayed 1 week); bfast was fine.
Disliked: Staff was “meh” … didn’t seem happy at their job or engaged with guests .. just tolerant. Could use some customer service training.Room was next to smoking area .. voices loud at times .. like 2 am one night.

Liked: We’ve stayed in several places in the area for baseball, mostly in Indy because it’s a little closer. This place is top-notch. We will stay nowhere else when we go. The breakfast was amazing had so many options for all our family.
Disliked: My only complaint was I desperately needed the washing machines and the app wouldn’t work with my phone and it wouldn’t take my card and they didn’t really know how to help and you have to use electronic funds. You can’t use quarters.

Liked: Breakfast was minimumThe room I was in was above the main entrance and the foyer sound travelled up the room ie reception speaking hands free on there phone mate at night customers going in and out sound wound travel up due to acoustics never got a good nights sleep
