Room was very nice and clean and employees were very helpful.

Disliked: No low points.

Very clean room and spacious. The bed slept so good. My sister stayed in a Best Western and I remember her saying the mattress was the best she ever slept on. I agree and would definitely recommend this inn to everyone. Enjoyable stay.

One night forget and Carmela’s...

Liked: The only good thing that changed the entire stay was Carmela’s initiative to switch my son and I to the other hotel across a the parking lot (comfort suites) which is still part of the same group. She went above and beyond to make sure we had a quiete sleep that night. Thank you Carmela at front desk, she listened and she offered a solution with a smile on her face. Great customer service
Disliked: Worst part : a large group of bikers was also staying at the hotel and they kept raving their bikes with loud music, talking and laughing until late night. We woke up multiple times in the middle of the night between Sat and Sunday night … my son had a swim meet the day after and he couldn’t sleep well enough When we arrived we had to wait 5 to 7 minutes with nobody at front desk (no notes saying I’mCurrently away I’ll be back soon) - When someone finally arrive no greetings , no smile, no apologies to show up late … zero empathy with client The faucet had a ridiculous water pressure, the water comes out like a light shower and takes time to fill up your hands w water.
