Not pet friendly as I...

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: I thought this fell under the pet friendly part if your recommendations, but when I arrived I was told they did not allow pets. So, I could not stay. I had to book another hotel that was more expensive, but at least allowed my 7# dog to stay. Your app is confusing as it doesn't always find what you want or need.

Liked: We were very pleased with our stay at the Best Western in Grand Island. Every part of our stay met our expectations. One thing that stood out to me was the very friendly staff at the front desk. They were great!! I would definitely recommend this hotel for future guests.
