Liked: Service was friendly
Disliked: Room was dirty. Stains on carpet, bedsheets, bedside table and towels had hair on them from previous guests. We talked to the front desk staff and they said that the manager would give us a call but he never did. Disappointed in the quality of the room. Breakfast was okay

Best Western stay

Liked: Staff was very helpful. Front desk was always accommodating of our needs as a family with a disabled member. The housekeeping staff was excellent.
Disliked: No ice machine on our floor due to renovations.
