Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was immaculate. This was my second stay. I'll stay again.

Liked: Clean; quiet; safe and reasonably priced.

Great staff. Great location. Need...

Liked: The staff was amazing and super helpful. The location was easy access to everything we were in Memphis for. The hotel room was spacious.
Disliked: They either need to put in all tile flooring or shampoo the carpets more often. While the adults wear shoes in hotel rooms it was hard to keep shoes on my toddler and her feet would be brown/black just from running around. The plug ins for our room by the bed also didn’t work.

Never stay at that location...

Disliked: Bathroom not cleaned with a dirty wet towel left having in the rack. I question if the sheets were changed also. Told the front desk and was offered a new room but I had already settled in and it was late so I declined. He apologized but for $150.00 I expected much better. I think BW should have offered a credit on the price but nothing. I’ll try to stay at other hotels who take care of their customers.

It's was great all the...

Liked: The location it was very quiet even by the highway the staff was great attentive n friendly my room was nice comfortable n clean they allowed my whole family to b on 1 floor. I'd cm bk there. N like tht it was only 6 mins frm beale street I locked myself out my room n the guy got me right bk n
Disliked: They could've dusted better but overall everything was great I must say
