Liked: Nice employees.
Disliked: No fridge, could not control the air conditioning, was almost not allowed to stay because I was 20 but was not informed I needed to be 21 to rent a room. It also took an hour and a half to have breakfast (get a table be served and eat).

Disliked: I stayed at Best Western from August 17 to 19, 2025 (room 731). At first, everything looked fine, but the next day no housekeeping service was provided. We returned late at night to find the room exactly as we had left it — bed unmade, towels not replaced, and trash not taken out.For a hotel of this category, I expected at least basic daily cleaning. Very disappointing experience.
