Best Western Plus Gatineau-Ottawa

Will not be going back.

Liked: Nice employees.
Disliked: No fridge, could not control the air conditioning, was almost not allowed to stay because I was 20 but was not informed I needed to be 21 to rent a room. It also took an hour and a half to have breakfast (get a table be served and eat).

Good location, basic needs met

Liked: Proximity to old Ottawa was amazing, just a quick walk over the bridge. Parking options although not full secure. Staff tried their best to be accomodating Beds comfortable. Great for a short stay.
Disliked: Cleaning could definitely improve All up property is tired and attention to detail is definitely lacking

Liked: Very well located. All the staff we met were very polite and courteous. They all made us feel welcomed.
Disliked: I would suggest installing a security bar in the bath/shower even if the room is not a mobility reduced room. The bath was very slippery.
