Will not be going back.

Liked: Nice employees.
Disliked: No fridge, could not control the air conditioning, was almost not allowed to stay because I was 20 but was not informed I needed to be 21 to rent a room. It also took an hour and a half to have breakfast (get a table be served and eat).

Liked: Yvette, at the reception was wonderful.My first room was not great but was able to change after two nights and the second room was way better.Location is ideal!
Disliked: I needed a wake up call this morning, but after the accident yesterday, there was no electricity and nobody called me at 6AM. I almost missed my flight back home. Not impressed by the male receptionist!First room had no coffee maker, and when one was brought up, it didn’t work. And the bulb in the bathroom broke down one night and fixed only the day after…

Disliked: I specifically booked a room with a kitchen, as clearly described in the listing and shown in the photos on Booking.com. We were traveling with small children, and for our family, it’s quite difficult to feed them in restaurants or cafes. That’s why I deliberately searched for a hotel room with a kitchen. If I had had any doubts that the room wouldn’t include one, I would have definitely chosen a different hotel.However, when we arrived, there was no room with a kitchen available. When I raised the issue at the reception, the staff simply told me to contact the manager on Monday—even though we were staying only for the weekend.We had brought several bags of food with us in preparation, but unfortunately, we had to throw everything away because the room didn’t even have a microwave.

Liked: Good location, rooms were clean, and staff was pleasant.
Disliked: The write up about the room from booking was wrong, they said the room had a kitchen but it did not. Also booking gave the wrong phone number for the hotel. It was a Volkswagen dealership. When I called Booking.com regarding this they said they would contact the hotel but they never did. In the future, I would just book directly with the hotel.
