Liked: Nice employees.
Disliked: No fridge, could not control the air conditioning, was almost not allowed to stay because I was 20 but was not informed I needed to be 21 to rent a room. It also took an hour and a half to have breakfast (get a table be served and eat).

Liked: The location is nice, there are many restaurants close by and it's within walking distance from Parlament Hill.
Disliked: The place on general looks a bit run down and not very clean but the worat of our stay was that the window in the room didn't have any drapes, just a sheet courtain, we noticed that late at night when we were going to sleep and tried calling the front desk multiple times with no answer. They had some sort of event on the main floor, so there was no one to talk to at the reception desk. We decided to give up and went to bed but barely slept because of the huge bright lights coming from the parking lot in front. I am very disappointed about this place in general.
