Liked: The breakfast was great! I loved the make your own parfaits! Gravy to go with the biscuits was delicious! Room was very clean. Bed was comfortable. Lady at the front desk when I checked in was fabulous: very helpful and friendly!
Disliked: The only problem we had was that the only way I could charge my computer using the outlet by the coffee machine, was to leave the light on in the bathroom all night with the door pulled partially shut; some kind of wiring issue I guess.

Liked: Great location, personal very nice, breakfast very good.
Disliked: Bed was so soft and uncomfortable. We had also sofa bed for our kids and you can feel any metal! I switched with them and I didn’t slept one night

Disliked: Was confuse about turning your use towels in before you can get clean towels and they actually counted them

Disliked: The room had bed bugs and the room across from us was flooded. There were homeless people around the parking lot, felt unsafe at night.

Disliked: Toilet didn't flush properly and the water pressure was really bad, but it doesn't hurt the score the room was great
