Liked: Bed was comfy.Location is very convenient for our regular travel to Canberra
Disliked: Our room was musty, like a smokers room. Needed to be aired as it was quite offensive smell.Dinner was expensive for what it was (chicken snitzel was half a breast) and a few chips, no veg or salad $36 ! Kids meal fish and chips with a side of veg $20! Definitely would not eat at hotel again with these prices for portion size.Breakfast was ok but hot food including eggs was all overdone. Pretty disappointed this time as our first stay here was really good.

Disliked: No microwave, which I expected TV remote did not work, phone charger did not work, toilet paper was one sheet (how chintzy)

Disliked: I'm not sure how this can be a 4.5 star hotel. We had the worst sewerage smell in our bathroom, we couldn't stand to be in it. We were too scared to use the sink to brush our teeth as we didn't trust the water. Didn't bother to shower as it was only a 1 night stay thank goodness. When we told staff about it, they didn't even care. There were notices everywhere warning about a recent series of burglaries to the cars parked outside which is not a secure carpark so that didn't fill me with much confidence either. And the place just gives off creepy old hospital vibes. For the amount you pay, it's really not worth it. I wouldn't stay there again.

Disliked: There was no tea available in the room.

Liked: Clean with lovely, friendly staff. Good amenities and in a good location. We will be back again for sure.
