Best Western Plus Galveston Suites

Below expectations.

Liked: The location was fantastic. Outside of the building with the grounds were well kept. What a beautiful place.
Disliked: The staff seemed a little dismissive and not welcoming. I work in the hospitality industry and I was not impressed. Inside the facility it is at the first stages of becoming beat up. The elevators were not clean and super slow. I won’t be back because of that. I felt gross as I left the elevator. But mostly. I was disappointed in the ratings. They didn’t match what was provided. Most hotels with that rating really matched the reviews. My hotel room was clean and in order. The temperature was good. The bead was uncomfortable.
