Best Western Plus Galveston Suites

Liked: The rooms were large and having a nice balcony with a view was a plus. The breakfast had a really good variety with good food. The hotel was very clean and welcoming. The desk personnel were very accommodating and friendly.

We stayed one night and...

Liked: That’s was clean and beautiful when you walk in. Also that it’s by the beach too so that’s a plus.
Disliked: That the pool close early but there wasn’t a lot we didn’t like about this place. Also they beds was not clean there was makeup on the pillow and there was a 🪳 on the bed too.

Great location , great price...

Liked: The staff were amazing !The lady at the front ( Canyon) helped us during our whole stay !

Liked: I liked the beds and size of room . Access to beach is nice.
Disliked: Pool was too small. Needs a good scrubbing. When I checked in staff told me room was not paid for. The girl at desk could not find my reservation. It was a big ordeal. Then when I checked out they called and said same thing. Don't think I will be staying again. Too stressful when room was paid the week before!

Liked: Great location. Loved the shower. Stores was less than 5 minutes away.
Disliked: Nothing
