Very good

Good, but awful smell in...

Liked: The room were comfortable and breakfast has a lot of variety. The fitness center also was ok.
Disliked: In the morning, there was a bad smell coming from kitchen that overruns the hall and the elevators. We had to put all our clothes in the wash after breakfast because of the smell. It was awful.

Disliked: The hotel has an odor.

Liked: Consider working on the ventilation system. I could smell the food (breakfast) from my 3rd room floor.
Disliked: Create more open space in the reception area. Remove the space dividers between the restaurant area and the reception.

Staff super friendly and helpful!

Liked: Our first room's ac had heat coming out and the girl (wish I remembered her name!) immediately sent us to a room where ac worked fine.

Excellent staff and facility.

Liked: Staff were VERY friendly and helpful. Very clean hotel with modern updates. Walk across the street to El Rancho Hotel and their restaurant and bar for the best food in Gallup.
Disliked: Not really ideal location mostly because the historic downtown is aging and not much to do.
